dear sir, i am an eletrical engineer, graduated from SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY AT CARBONDALE, I HAVE A SMALLL COMPANY IN CHILE, SOUTH AMERICA, WE BUILD BATTERY PACK FOR MEDICAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR. WE HAVE A COUPLES OF SPOT WELDER WE BOUGHT FROM SUNSTONE ENGINEERING ( USA ), AND HAVE SOME GERMAN AND CANADIAN CHARGER/TESTER TO CHARGE AND TEST OUR BATTERY PACKS . WE ARE ALSO DISTRIBUTOR FOR SAFT BATTERIES HERE IN CHILE. NOW WE BOUGHT AN ARTEC SPIDER (FROM LUXEMBBOURG ) IN ORDER TO MAKE BATTERY PLASTIC CASES FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT BATTERIES. NOW I DONT HAVE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH BATTERY CIRCUITS , THE ONE WE BUY FROM CHINA ARE NOT REALLY THAT GOOD AND WE WASTE TIME AND MONEY CHANGING BATTERY CIRCUITS, SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU CAN PROVIDE SERVICE TO DEVELOP BATTERY CIRCUITS FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT BATTERIES WITH SERIAL COMUNICATION.
    I HOPE TO HEAR
