What’s a PCB?

A PCB is a printed circuit board, used to house and create connections between components. Before the widespread use of PCBs, circuits relied on point-to-point wiring and wire wrapping. While many functional products were made this way, it was inefficient, labor-intensive, and unreliable. The advance of modern PCBs came about due to shrinking electronic components and the widespread use of electronic circuitry in common products. Instead of relying on large vacuum tubes and messy wire wrapping, companies could make products quickly and with reduced manufacturing costs.

PCB Manufacturing

Once we’ve designed your PCB, we can begin the manufacturing phase. While you can theoretically test everything with software, the only real way to check the validity of your design choices is by having a working prototype in your hands. With our experience, we can design and assemble PCBs for all levels of prototyping, from basic perf boards to copper foil, solder mask, and silkscreen.
