How We Work With Your Team
You tell us what's stuck. Maybe it's a subsystem that's been waiting three quarters for someone to pick it up, or firmware that only one person on your team understands and you can't afford the continuity risk. We start by learning your system architecture, your constraints, and the field environment your product operates in. Then we scope the work together, agree on deliverables and review cadence, and our team runs with it.
We handle the full engineering lifecycle for that scope: PCB design, firmware, mechanical integration, test planning, and DFM. You get updates on a schedule that works for your team, not ours, and you're never more than a conversation away from the engineers doing the work. At the end, you get a production-ready deliverable, complete source files, and documentation you can take to any manufacturer. Nothing is locked up with us.
